1. INTRODUCTION:
Registration will not occur until the registration fee is fully paid and the details of the attendee completed. In the event, instalment payments are permitted and an instalment payment by credit/debit card is for any reason declined, registration will not be provided. You will be notified by email that any instalment payment previously made will be refunded in full.
By registering through this website, you enter into a legally binding contract with Christian Revival Church London, a UK not-for-profit company, limited by guarantee (No: 1107956). The contract is governed by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. YOUR STATUS AND WEBSITE REGISTRATION:
By placing an order for Encounter Conference, you confirm to Christian Revival Church that:
You are 18 years of age or over.
You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
You have completed the registration procedure.
You must ensure that the details you provide during the registration process are complete and correct. You are also obliged to immediately inform us of any changes to the details you have provided to us during the registration process. Christian Revival Church is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of your failure to provide us with correct and up-to-date information.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION:
Your registration does not by itself complete a contract with Christian Revival Church. By registering, you make an offer to Christian Revival Church. A binding contract will only be formed once we have accepted your offer. Christian Revival Church may decline to accept an offer for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, inability to take payment from you), and will have no liability in respect of refusing, or otherwise failing, to accept an offer.
After you register with us and make all instalment payments, you will receive an email confirming your registration and notifying you that payment for your registration has been taken. At this point, there is a contract between us; however, we retain the right to terminate the contract and refund any payment made where, in our absolute discretion, we determine that it is inappropriate for the applicant to be permitted to attend the event.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT:
Registration must be made through one of our chosen payment service providers. To make a payment through one of these providers, you will need a credit or debit card.
If a credit or debit card is declined and full payment or all instalments are not paid, we will email to advise that registration has not been completed.
Where there is a Venue Facility Fee payable on tickets sold, the fee is payable to the venue and is non-refundable.
5. CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:
No refunds or cancellations will be permitted (subject to Clause 11, force majeure cancellation, below).
Special Circumstances: From time to time, there may be a need for special consideration of your circumstances regarding the refund policy. To discuss this, please email
[email protected].
The transfer of a registration to another person can be made by contacting
[email protected] before 25 May 2025, providing it has been fully paid, and subject to the transferee accepting these Terms and Conditions.
6. DISCLAIMERS:
Live Effects: The conference will contain live music, strobe lighting, and other live special effects. If these can potentially act as triggers to any medical condition, please contact us before attending the conference.
Filming/Photography: The conference and ticketed areas outside the auditorium will be captured in both photographs and audio/video. Christian Revival Church owns the copyright in all such material and reserves the right to use it for promotional/commercial purposes and broadcasting.
7. FORCE MAJEURE CANCELLATION:
Due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of the Owner/Manager of the venue where the Conference is being held, it is possible, but unlikely, that the Conference could be cancelled. In that circumstance, at the full discretion of Christian Revival Church, all persons registering will either be refunded the registration fee paid or have their registration transferred to the next conference.
Any travel or accommodation costs incurred are entirely the delegate’s responsibility, and we recommend obtaining appropriate insurance for these expenses.
8. BEHAVIOUR AND CONDUCT:
Christian Revival Church is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all attendees. Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, threats, or failure to comply with conference rules or staff instructions, will not be tolerated.
